Thank you for visiting Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) website. This site intends to provide information related to IEC affairs, and other relevant information that will answer your questions about the Commission. Our mission is the management of democratic elections and referenda and the enhancement of public participation in electoral process through the promotion of civic and voter education. Gear-up for 29th September 2023 elections. Visit our centres to check and confirm that your names appear on the voters’ roll and get your voting documents such as voter’s card or NID or valid passport or valid driver’s license ready for voting. when all the identity documents are not available, do not worry as the law provides that a competent witness will help for as long as your name appears on the voters’ roll. The voting stations will be opened from 07:00 – 17:00. Thank you.
